Alvarion, has introduced the BreezeNET family of products to the Indian market. BreezeNET provides efficient, cost-effective, networking solutions. It is optimized for effiocient connectivity, covering distances of more than 60 km in tough environments and weather conditions. It offers giant and secure backhaul for video surveillance cameras. It features improved security with FIPS 197 certified encryption.BreezeNET offers Improved Operations with One-click installation and configuration wizard for establishing an outdoor link. Available in 5.4 and 5.8 GHz bands, it is compliant with DFS 301 893 v.1.5.1 and EN 302 502 v.1.2.1.Alvarion has also introduced another new product that is VPS-Video Power Supply, which can work with almost all products of Alvarion in unlicensed band. This unique Power Supply is a PoE adaptor which can power the ODU i.e. the Radio and provides additional PoE port to power the camera. This saves lot of cost of wiring and power point for the installers and manages less point of failures in the network. This is claimed to be a very well accepted development by the System Integrators globally and is introduced in India now.
